Warranty

Houzer warrants all the mechanical parts to be free from manufacturing defects in material and
workmanship for a “Lifetime”, as long as the original consumer owns the home in which the faucet(s)
are installed. If any Houzer faucet proves to be defective during the warranty period to the original
owner, Houzer will provide, at its option, free of charge replacement parts or will replace the faucet.
This warranty does not cover parts or finishes that have been improperly installed, damaged or
subjected to misuse, abuse or used in a location other that a residential indoor kitchen.
Faucets subjected to scratching or scuffing due to abrasive cleaning or corrosive agents, including,
bleach, ammonia or alcohol are also not covered by this warranty. The warranty does not cover shipping
costs, labor costs or any other costs associated with the installation or replacement of the product or
part and are extended only to the original consumer, who purchased the faucet. Houzer, at its
discretion, may repair or replace the product or components necessary to restore the product to good
working condition.
Houzer reserves the right to inspect the installation prior to actual replacement of the product or
component part. The warranty applies only to the original owner, providing the product has been
installed in accordance with the installation instructions, used as recommended and in a residential
application.
Houzer is not responsible or liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in
connection with the use or performance of its faucets or ceramic cartridges, and its liability under this
warranty is limited to replacement of the defective material.
Houzer makes no additional warranties, expressed or implied, and any implied warranty including that
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is limited in its duration to the duration of the
written limited warranties set forth herein.Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitation on the duration of an implied warranty,
so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
