Cleaning and Care
Accessing Internals
Opening the Pilot X tablet or podium’s encasement will void any standing warranty. If you would like
to access the internals to service or swap components, we strongly suggest first contacting
HoverCam support.
When cleaning the HoverCam Pilot X, extra care should be given to the touch screen and external
components. Glass cleaners are not advised as the moisture may damage or adversely affect touch
sensitivity or component functionality. Do not directly spray any liquids (chemicals or water) onto the
product. Instead, apply cleaning compounds on a dry microfiber cloth and gently clean sealed
surfaces while the unit is powered off and unplugged. Avoid getting any moisture in areas where
there are crevices or direct openings to the internals.
