Howard Elliott Collection, Inc. offers the original user this warranty on any product
manufactured and sold against any defect in material or workmanship for one (1) year
from the date of purchase on all parts. If defective, HEC will, at its option, repair or
replace the defective part or product.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, abuse, and failure to
provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, improper handling or installation or
repairs made by anyone other than HEC or somebody authorized by HEC in writing.
The warranty does not cover handling or transportation costs to and from a location
where the repair is effectuated. Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose are limited to the one year stated above.
The exclusive remedy for breach of warranty contained herein is the repair or
replacement of the defective product at the option of HEC. In no case shall HEC’s
liability under any other remedy prescribed by law exceed the purchase price.
No other warranty, written or oral is implied or authorized by HEC.
No returns will be accepted with out prior authorization.
