S320 INTERFACE RELAY
This is a transistorised single pole relay. Its main
application is one of providing a voltage free
changeover contact on application of a voltage
input.
12 volts dc should be applied to the terminals
marked +ve and -ve at all times. The relay will
energise when a +ve voltage of between 3 and
30vdc is applied between -ve and the signal input.
The output contacts are rated at 1A at 30vdc
resistive.
The relay coil of the S320 is fitted with a back e.m.f
diode to prevent damage to associated circuitry.
IMPORTANT. Under no circumstances should
the S320 be used to switch high voltages ie
voltages above 50VDC
