3. Remove the Phillips PM2.5×4.0 screw (2) that secures the top cover to the computer. This screw
is in the battery bay.
4. Turn the computer right-side up, with the front toward you.
5. Disconnect the following cables from the system board:
(1) TouchPad cable
(2) Fingerprint reader board cable
NOTE: This cable connects to a LIF connector on the system board.
