1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 21).
2. Remove the access panel (Access panel on page 21).
Remove the hard drive:
1. Disconnect the power and data cables from the back of the hard drive (1).
2. Squeeze the release latches toward each other (2), and then pull the drive out of the drive bay (3).
3. Separate the drive bracket retention arms (1) from the hard drive, making sure the retention pins fully
release from the drive.
4. Remove the hard drive (2) from the bracket.
