Subwoofer

Subwoofer (include left and right speakers, cables, and 2 rubber isolators) L94317-001
Before removing the subwoofer, follow these steps:
1. Shut down the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is o or in Hibernation, turn
the computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
2. Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer.
3. Disconnect the power from the computer by rst unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet, and then
unplugging the AC adapter from the computer.
4. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 25).
5. Disconnect the battery cable from the system board (see Front speakers on page 27).
Remove the subwoofer:
1. Disconnect the subwoofer cable (1) from the system board.
2. Remove the subwoofer (2).
NOTE: When removing the subwoofer, make note of the location of the one rubber isolator (3).
The absence of or damage to this isolator can result in degraded subwoofer performance.
Reverse this procedure to install the subwoofer.
