这个值是为中转目的在连接时发送到服务器的负载平衡
cookie，对应 .rdp 文件中的 loadbalanceinfo 字段。
默认情况下，该值为空。

如果设置为 0，则不会将鼠标动作事件发送到服务器。
这可能会阻止某些用户反馈（如工具提示）正常工作。
