Registry key Description
root/keyboard/DrawLocaleLetter
If set to 1, the keyboard system tray icon will draw the
language locale string instead of using static images.
root/keyboard/SystrayMenu/keyboardLayout
If set to 1, the right-click menu on the keyboard system tray
icon offers an option to open the Keyboard Layout utility in
the Control Panel.
root/keyboard/SystrayMenu/languages
If set to 1, the right-click menu on the keyboard system tray
icon offers an option to open the Language utility in the
Control Panel.
root/keyboard/SystrayMenu/virtualKeyboard
If set to 1, the right-click menu on the keyboard system tray
icon offers an option to open the virtual keyboard.
root/keyboard/VisibleInSystray
If set to 1, the keyboard system tray icon is displayed and
indicates the current keyboard layout.

via the keyboard shortcut defined by switch.

Sets the primary keyboard layout.

Sets the secondary keyboard layout.

Sets the primary keyboard model.
root/keyboard/model2
Sets the secondary keyboard model.

If set to 1, the Num Lock function is enabled at system
startup.

This is an internal key used to map to an RDP keyboard
map. This key should not need to be modified.

Sets the keyboard shortcut for switching between the first
and second keyboard layout (enable2 must also be set to
1). Valid values are as follows: grp:ctrl_shift_toggle,
grp:ctrl_alt_toggle, grp:alt_shift_toggle.
