控制 Custom 连接管理器中的等待网络连接就绪小部件
的状态。如果设置为 active，则该小部件在 UI 中可
见，并且用户可以与其进行交互。如果设置为
inactive，则该小部件会被隐藏。如果设置为 read-
only，则该小部件将可见，并处于只读状态。
