Description
Use the interface ethernet command to create an Ethernet subinterface.
Use the undo interface ethernet command to delete the specified Ethernet
subinterface.
Example
# Create a subinterface on Ethernet interface 1/0/0.
[3Com ] interface ethernet 1/0/0.1

Parameter
count: Maximum number of processed packets.
vid: VLAN ID, used to identify a VLAN.
Description
Use the max-packet-process command to set the maximum number of processed
packets per second on a certain VLAN.
Use the undo max-packet-process command to restore it to the default setting.
By default, the system has no limitation of the maximum number of processed packets.
After setting the maximum number of processed packets per second on a certain VLAN,
and the received packet number belonging to this VLAN reaches the limitation, the
subsequently received packets belonging to the VLAN will be discarded. Through this
command, you can perform flow control.
Related command: display vlan max-packet-process.
Example
# Set the maximum number of processed packets per second on the VLAN 10 as
200000.
