Platforms that support HP PC Commercial BIOS have various mechanisms to provide error indications that occur during

Power-On-Self-Test (POST). The notifications can take several forms such as:

• Blinks and Beeps

• On screen notifications that include the following:

○ Pre-Boot messages (BIOS)

○ Popup messages within the OS
