Extract debugging information from Command Center Server 
Symptoms: in case of problems, extracting the debugging information from Command Center Server can be helpful for 
our support team to find the cause of the problem. Below are the steps to take to get the needed information. 
Solution: Go to C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Roaming\HP\ and create a .zip file with the files 
config.json, devices.jsn and location.json, and folders “log” and “config” as well. 
Check Accessing the Command Center application data folder if you cannot access the application folder given above. 
When you can access the directory, to create a zip file, you can use the windows utility to compress a folder and generate 
the .zip. Take into account that some files and folders may not be present for a recently installed Command Center. 
 This .zip file will contain the information needed to debug Command Center.
