How to verify that all components are running
Open Windows Task Manager. There should be one or multiple instances of “HP 3D CC Client/Server,” and one instance of
“HP 3D CC Data Collector.”
If any of the tasks are running, this means that the software is working fine.
A second check would be to go to Task Scheduler, where both “3dp PU Backend/Data Collector” tasks should be
“running.” One controls the back-end (the server) and the other the data collector (which uploads data to PrintOS).
If both tasks are running, the software is working fine. It’s very important to check these statuses any time your PC is
restarted.
