For the inbound rule, you need to do the following:
a. Open Windows Defender firewall and select Add an inbound rule. Select Program and click Next (you can also
use the Custom option to, specifically, set the port and TCP protocol).
b. Select the executable file (the .exe) of the Command Center Server backend (usually located at C:\Program
Files\HP\HP SmartStream 3D Command Center Server\Server\3dPCCServer.exe) and click Next.
