• <target_name>—Name of the target system (System1)
• FC—Defines link as an FC link
• <node_WWN>—WWN of the node on the target system
• <N:S:P:WWN>—FC adapter port on the primary system (System2), expressed as
node:slot:port, and the WWN of the peer port on the current system (System1)
Checking the Links between Systems for M-to-N Remote Copy
Follow these steps to check links between systems.
1. To check the links between the primary and backup systems, issue the showrcopy command
on the backup system (System2):
# showrcopy
It might take several minutes for the links to come up between the two storage systems.

command, including valid synchronization, link, and group states.

2. Verify the following:
• The Status of the Target Information area is ready.
• The Status of the Link Information area is Up for all the links.
The following example shows the showrcopy command output on the backup system
(System2):
