5. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 15).
6. Remove the left speaker (see
Speakers on page 16).
Remove the system board:
1. Disconnect the following cables from the system board:
(1) Antenna board cables (must be unsoldered)
(2) Display panel cable
(3) TouchScreen ZIF connector and cable
(4) Front-facing webcamera cable
(5) I/O board ZIF connector and cable
(6) Rear-facing webcamera cable
(7) Right speaker
NOTE: The right speaker cable must be unsoldered from the system board. When installing the
system board, the red speaker cable should be soldered to the system board “positive” terminal.
The black speaker cable should be soldered to the system board “negative” terminal.
