The Taiwan EPA requires dry battery manufacturing or importing rms, in accordance with Article 15 of the 
Waste Disposal Act, to indicate the recovery marks on the batteries used in sales, giveaways, or promotions. 
Contact a qualied Taiwanese recycler for proper battery disposal.

ENERGY STAR is a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency voluntary program that helps businesses and 
individuals save money and protect our climate through superior energy eiciency. Products that earn the 
ENERGY STAR prevent greenhouse gas emissions by meeting strict energy eiciency criteria or requirements 
set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. As an ENERGY STAR Partner, HP Inc. has followed the U.S. 
EPA’s enhanced product certication process to ensure that products marked with the ENERGY STAR logo are 
ENERGY STAR certied per the applicable ENERGY STAR guidelines. The following logo appears on all ENERGY 
STAR-certied computers:
A key ENERGY STAR requirement for computer products is power management features that signicantly 
reduce energy consumption when the product is not in use. Power management allows a computer to 
automatically enter a low power “sleep” mode, or other low power mode, after a dened period of 
inactivity. The power management features have been preset as follows when the computer is operating on 
AC power:
