Clear staple jams (13.8)
The following information describes how to clear a staple jam in the HP 900-sheet 3-bin Stapling Mailbox. When
a jam occurs, the control panel displays an animation that assists in clearing the jam.
● 13.8X.XX – Stapler/Stacker Jam
1. Open the stapler door.
2. Pull the colored handle on the staple cartridge, and
then pull the staple cartridge straight out.
