A Uninstalling HP Sure Sense
If HP Sure Sense is currently installed and a new installation is required, you must rst remove the current
version. The method to uninstall is based on how HP Sure Sense was installed.
If HP Sure Sense was manually installed using the installation wizard:
▲ Run the installer, and select Uninstall.
If HP Sure Sense was preinstalled on your device:
1. In Windows Settings, go to Apps & features.
2. Uninstall the HP Sure Sense Installer.
