4. This product uses an analog fax accessory module which Regulatory Model numbers are: BOISB-1102-00 (US-LIU) or BOISB-1102-01 (EURO-LIU),
as needed to meet technical regulatory requirements for the countries/regions this product will be sold.
5. This product uses a radio module device which Regulatory Model number is SDGOB-1191 as needed to meet technical regulatory requirements for
the countries/regions this product will be sold.
6. The product meets the requirements of EN55022 & CNS13438 Class A in which case the following applies: “Warning – This is a class A product. In a
domestic environment this product may cause radio interference in which case the user may be required to take adequate measures”.
