DefinesettingsforthefollowingSensorproperties:
SensorPrefix:SpecifythetexttoprefixtoaSensorwhenSensorsarenumbered.
Model:SelectaSensormodelfromthedropdownlistofcommerciallyavailableSensormodels.Plannerenables,
disables,orchangestheotherpropertiesinthisdialogboxbased
ontheselectedSensormodel.
SelectRadio:Selecttheradiofromthedropdownlist.

¾ Antenna:Selectanantennafromthedropdownlist.
Click<More>toviewadditionaldetailsoftheantenna.TheSelectAntennadialogboxappearswhichhelps
youadd
orselecttheantennainabettermanner,fromthelistofavailableantennae.Itisagoodpracticeto
keepSensorantennaetobedipoleoromnidirectional,whichenablestheSensortodetectandprevent
attacksfromanydirection.
¾ Orientation:Selectadirectionfromwheretheantennawould
receiveitspower.
Thepreviewreflectstheantennaradiationbasedontheantennaselected.
¾ ActiveProtocol:Selectanactiveprotocolfromthedropdownlist.Eachradiocanoperateonanyoneofthe
protocols.
