Clear paper jams in Tray 2
Use the following procedure to check for a paper jam in Tray 2. When a jam occurs, the control panel displays
an animation that assists in clearing the jam.
1. Pull the tray completely out of the product.
2. Remove any jammed or damaged sheets of
p
aper.
3. If no jammed paper is visibl
e, or if jammed paper
is deep enough in the Tray 2 cavity that it is
dicult to remove, press down on the single-
sheet priority feed slot, and then remove the feed
slot tray.
