The CHAP module pane lists CHAP secrets in a table with the user name and chap secret in
encrypted format (*). You can add, delete, or modify CHAP entries. Each CHAP secret has:
User name maximum length of 255 characters
CHAP secret of maximum length of 63 characters

To create a CHAP user
1. Launch the iSCSI Target Gateway Admin module as described on page 175.
2. Select the CHAP tab.
3. Click Create.
4. Enter the CHAP user name.
Optional: To add more than one user at a time, click Add.
5. Enter a CHAP secret and click Apply.
To edit a CHAP secret
1. Launch the iSCSI Target Gateway Admin module as described on page 175.
2. Select the CHAP tab.
3. Click Change CHAP Secret.
You can edit the CHAP secret but not the CHAP user name.
4. Fill in the fields in the dialog box to edit a CHAP secret.
