Reboots the control processor (CP), bypassing power-on self-test (POST).

Description

Use this command to reboot the CP. The reboot takes effect immediately as the CP resets and executes

normal power-on booting sequence. However, POST is skipped, reducing boot time significantly.

If POST has been disabled using the diagDisablePost command, then fastBoot is the same as

reboot.
