Displays local Name Server (NS) information.
Synopsis
nsshow [-r -t]

Description
Use this command to display local NS information about devices connected to this switch.
The following message is displayed if there is no information in this switch:
There is no entry in the Local Name Server
There still might be devices connected to other switches in the fabric. The nsAllShow command displays
information from all switches. Each line of output displays:
There might be additional lines if the device has registered any of the following information (the switch
automatically registers SCSI inquiry data for FCP target devices):
FC4s supported
IP address
IPA
Port and node symbolic names
Fabric Port Name. This is the WWN of the port on the switch to which the device is physically
connected.
Hard address and/or port IP address
Operands
This command has the following operands:
nsShow
* Indicates a cached entry from another switch.
Type U for unknown, N for N_Port, NL for NL_Port.
PID 24-bit Fibre Channel address.
COS List of classes of service supported by device.
PortName Device port World Wide Name.
NodeName Device node World Wide Name.
TTL Time-to-live (in seconds) for cached entries or NA (not
applicable) if the entry is local.
SCR State change registration of the device. This displays if the -r
option is given.
-r Replaces the TTL attribute output with SCR (state change registration)
information in the display. This value indicates what type of RSCN a device
registers to receive. Values include:
SCR=0 Reserved.
