Note The physical port number of the switch, plus 1. The valid values for the Core Switch 2/64

Description The type of ASIC for the switch port. Possible values are:
• stitch (1)
• flannel (2)
• loom (3); StorageWorks 1 GB switches
• bloom (4); SAN Switch 2/8V, 2/16V, 2/32, Core Switch 2/64, and SAN
Director 2/128
• rdbloom (5)
• wormhole (6)
• unknown (7); SAN Switch 4/32
Note The valid value for the SAN Switch 2/8V, 2/16V, 2/32, Core Switch 2/64, and SAN
Director 2/128 is 4.
The valid value for the SAN Switch 4/32 is 7.
All platforms from SAN Switch 4/32 onwards return a value of 7.
