9 HP 7” CFD
9.1.1 Connection
The HP 7” CFD can be connected to any USB port. The HP Integrated 7” CFD is designed to be
attached on units and monitors that have the appropriate mounting receptacle (i.e. RP2, RP7, RP9,
HP 6015tm, HP 6017tm).
The HP 7” CFD supports a single resolution of 1024x600. All other display options for the HP 7”
CFD can be set either through the Control Panel or the DisplayLink System Tray icon depending on
the OS and DisplayLink driver version being used. This device is not controlled by a video driver
(i.e. Intel Video applet) even though it appears to applications as a monitor.
9.1.2 Windows Drivers
The HP DisplayLink drivers are included in the HP factory image and are also available from
HP.COM.
