9.12 HP OPOS Logical Device Name Utility
Question: When the utility is opened it states “no OPOS drives have been detected”, what needs
to be done to correct this?
Answer: Check with your POS application to see if application uses OPOS drivers. If the
application does use OPOS drivers, for the HP branded peripherals the OPOS drivers
can be obtained from HP.COM web site.
