9.19  Imaging Scanner - JPOS 
Question: When I do a claim of the HP Imaging scanner in the JPOS utility I receive message 
stating the claim failed, what could be the cause? 
Answer: The above message will occur if the device has been released and then one tries to 
CLAIM the device again. Need to CLOSE the device and then reopen OPEN / CLAIM the 
device (see the JPOS section of the Imaging Scanner for details).
