5.6 Printing Pages With Watermarks

You can print specific text in the background as a watermark.

Setting procedure

1 Click the “Setup” tab.

2 Under Watermark, specify the necessary settings.

❍ Text: Select the text to be printed as the watermark.

<None>, CONFIDENTIAL, TOP SECRET,

COPY, DO NOT COPY, DRAFT, FINAL, or

PROOF

❍ 1st Page Only: Select this check box to print the watermark

only on the first page.

❍ Edit Watermark: Edit the text and position of the watermark.

When the text for the watermark is selected, a preview of the watermark

is displayed in the “Page Layout” preview box.
