Correcting Output Quality Problems
Problems with the Optional Duplex Printing Accessory
Situation Solution
Printer does not
recognize the duplexer.
! Print a configuration page (page 314
) to ensure that the
duplexer is installed.
! Turn the printer off. Remove and re-install the unit. Turn
the printer on.
! Make sure that the duplexer has been configured in the
printer driver.
Job did not duplex. ! Print a configuration page (page 314
