Correcting Output Quality Problems
The file you are trying to
print may not have the
option to print on both
sides of the paper
turned on.
Make sure that the option to print on both sides of the paper
is configured in the driver.
Type has been specified
as labels,
transparencies, or
envelopes.
! Make sure that the media type can be printed on both
sides (see page 118
).
! Change the media type to the proper media type for
printing on both sides.
Cannot print on both
sides of custom-size
paper.
If a custom tray is installed, the printer will not duplex
custom-size paper from Tray 1 or the custom paper tray.
