Corel Family & Friends 11-11
Chapter 11: Corel Print
House Magic
™
The Calendar helps you schedule events and displays them in the
familiar format of a paper calendar. However, it lets you add even more
detail than a paper calendar. The Details window lets you display
messages about each event you schedule and shows you how often the
event repeats. The Calendar also includes a Reminder option to remind
you about each event in advance.
The Address Book lets you keep detailed information about your family
and friends close at hand. You can record each person's address, birthday,
and anniversary. You can also record the holidays you spend together,
special notes regarding that person, and lists of items, such as hobbies,
relating to that person.
The List Book helps you organize information and keep it accessible. You
can create lists of personal items, such as your CD collection, or you can
link your list to the Address Book. When you create a linked list, you gain
instant access to all of the records and information in your Address Book.
You can add any of these records to your list. When you do, all the
information about the individual or family that you entered in the
Address Book automatically becomes part of the List Book record. You
don't have to retype a thing!
