Make sure all cabling is
securely connected.
●
Make sure the e-mail
server and SMTP service
are running.
● Restart the HP Digital
Sender Module.
●
If the problem persists,
note the code and contact
your HP-authorized dealer.

E-mail not delivered to
destination name.
The e-mail message could not
be delivered to the named
destination. The message was
successfully delivered to at
least one of the destinations in
the message. There will be a
similar message in the log for
each destination that could not
be reached.
● Check the accuracy of the
e-mail address.
● If the problem persists,
contact your HP-authorized
dealer.

E-mail sender wasn’t accepted
from the SMTP server. Name:

The e-mail server rejected the
e-mail address in the
message.
● Make sure the e-mail
address is correct.
● Make sure the e-mail
address is in SMTP e-mail
format.
