Main Install dialog sequence
This section provides information about the Macintosh installation dialog-box sequence.
NOTE: If you are installing the product using a network connection, you can connect the product to
the network before installing the software, but if you are installing the product using a USB connection,
install the software before connecting the USB cable.
1. Insert the HP Color LaserJet CP2020 Series printing-system software CD in the CD-ROM drive.
2. If the CD screen does not open automatically when the CD is put into the CD-ROM drive, double-
click the HP LaserJet CP2020 Series CD-ROM icon on the desktop to open the installer folder.

The HP Color LaserJet CP2020 Series dialog opens.

3. In the HP Color LaserJet CP2020 Series software screen, double-click the hpclj CP2020Series
v... app icon. This begins the install process.
The Authenticate dialog appears.
