Troubleshoot a problem. Click Troubleshooting to open the Troubleshooting chapter of the
HP Color LaserJet CP2020 Series Printer User Guide.

Print Quality Troubleshooting. The following options are available:

Print. Click this button to print the Print Quality Troubleshooting pages. Use these pages to
troubleshoot page defects.

Print Basic Colors. Click this button to print a single page of basic color palette options. Use
this option to match a specific color.
◦
View Custom Colors. Click this button to explore the basic and custom printer color palette
options. The color samples .PDF file opens in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
NOTE: You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on the computer to read documents
in .PDF format. Adobe Acrobat Reader is available as a free download at the following Web
site:
