Probleem: Wanneer u de HP Photosmart software installeert, verschijnt het bericht Printer niet gevonden .
Oplossing:
Het is mogelijk dat de HP Photosmart geen verbinding heeft met het netwerk. Controleer alle
kabelaansluitingen tussen de HP Photosmart, de router en de pc.
Het is mogelijk dat u de fi rewall of antispyware- of antivirussoftware op uw pc moet uitschakelen.

Probleem: (Windows) Het Microsoft-scherm Hardware toevoegen
verschijnt.
Oplossing: Annuleer alle schermen. Verwijder de USB-kabel en plaats
de groene HP Photosmart cd in het cd-station. Zie sectie A .
