Soluzione: Installare il software HP Photosmart fornito con l'unità HP Photosmart.
Se installato, riavviare il computer.
Per installare il software HP Photosmart
1. Inserire il CD-ROM dell'unità HP Photosmart nella relativa unità del computer,
quindi avviare il programma di installazione.
2. Quando richiesto, fare clic su Installa altro software per installare il software
HP Photosmart.
3. Seguire le istruzioni visualizzate e quelle riportate nella Guida all'installazione
fornita con l'unità HP Photosmart.
Causa: L'unità HP Photosmart è spenta.
Soluzione: Accendere l'unità HP Photosmart.
Causa: Il computer è spento.
Soluzione: Accendere il computer.
Causa: L'unità HP Photosmart non è collegata correttamente al computer.
Soluzione: Controllare il collegamento dell'unità HP Photosmart al computer.
Verificare che il cavo USB sia inserito saldamente nella porta USB sul retro dell'unità
HP Photosmart. Verificare che l'altra estremità del cavo USB sia inserita in una porta
USB sul computer. Quando il cavo è collegato correttamente, spegnere e riaccendere
l'unità HP Photosmart.
