Firmware updates
There are two methods for updating the product software. The method to use is determined by the
firmware versions on the product and on the software CD.

If the firmware on product CD is older than the firmware on the software CD, complete the following
steps.
1. Insert the printing-system CD. The Welcome Back dialog box opens.
