Use this screen to set or change the administrator password.

Network administrators can set user passwords to protect network settings. After a password is set, only
users who know the password have access to certain screens within HP ToolboxFX. If a password has
been set, users are prompted to type the password. If the typed-in password matches the password
stored in the printer, users can navigate through the password protected screens and make changes to
the settings.
If the password is lost or forgotten, the factory settings for the HP Color LaserJet CP5220 Series printer
must be restored and a new password assigned.
NOTE: Click Apply to make the changes take effect.
The following HP ToolboxFX features become locked when a password is set:

Shop for Supplies button
●
HP Instant Support link
●
System Setup screens
●
Print settings screens
●
Network Settings screens
●
Event Log screen
NOTE: Setting a password on this screen also sets the password for the HP EWS.
