To use HP ePrint via email, the printer must meet these requirements: Enable HP Web Services • The printer must be connected to a wired or wireless network and NOTE: Before enabling HP Web Services, verify that the printer is have Internet access.

NOTE: Some countries/regions might require an adapter for the phone cord that came with the printer. Remove the cover from the fax ports. Connect the phone cord that came with the printer to the fax port on the printer and to the telephone jack on the wall. Reinstall the fax port cover.
