CSCso62525
Symptom: In rare cases, an FCIP link may flap periodically. When you issue the show port internal
link-events command from the associated module, you may see a Loss of Sync reason in the output
which might indicate this issue.

CSCso96606
Symptom: If a SCSI status that returns a deferred check condition is dropped and the host issues an
REC, the REC_ACC will return an incorrect state of the exchange causing the host to retry the REC
continuously. The host will ultimately timeout and abort the I/O.
Workaround: This issue is resolved.
CSCsq02094
Symptom: IVR memory leaks when reactivating the same zone set or when adding or deleting a
member. Issue the show ivr internal mem-stat detail command to check if the memory leak in the
IVR module is severe.
Workaround: This issue is resolved.
CSCsq08637
Symptom: If a module upgrade fails, in some rare conditions the switch may reject all subsequent
FLOGI requests from all ports of the switch. The ports will not be able to complete the initialization,
and will stay in the INIT state.
Workaround: This issue is resolved.
