Symptom: The I/O Accelerator (IOA) flows are stuck in VT_CREATE because of the error in the
Resource Manager (RM).
Workaround: This issue is resolved.

Symptom: Feature Manager crashes after a system reload and with the following error:
"%USER-2-SYSTEM_MSG: Vshd lock failed with error [1079246852] - feature_mgr."
Workaround: This issue is resolved.
• CSCue97664
Symptom: On the Cisco MDS 9148 switch and the Cisco MDS 9222i switch, Inter-VSAN Routing
(IVR) cannot update the Fibre Channel Name Server (FCNS) database because of the FC2 loopback
failure. This results in inconsistency in the FCNS database.
Workaround: This issue is resolved.

Symptom: On the Cisco MDS 9513 switch, the virtual device context (VDC) manager
synchronization crashes while performing an In Service Software Downgrade (ISSD).
Workaround: This issue is resolved.

Symptom: A Fibre Channel interface fails with the following error:

disabled)
Condition: This occurs on Cisco MDS Generation 2 or Generation 3 modules when the rate-mode
of an interface in a port group is changed from dedicated to shared.
Workaround: This issue is resolved.
• CSCuf05392
Symptom: On the Cisco MDS 9222i switch, multiple processes crash because of the memory
leakage.
Workaround: This issue is resolved.
• CSCuf53101
Symptom: On the Cisco MDS 9509 switch and the Cisco MDS 9222i switch, multiple Inter-VSAN
Routing (IVR) services crash with the following errors:
%SYSMGR-2-SERVICE_CRASHED: Service "ivr" (PID 3041) hasn't caught signal 11 (core
will be saved).
