Explanation
An error occurred while releasing the lock. The reason for the failure is shown in the
error message.

Error Message IVR-3-VSAN_SEGMENTED: [chars].
Explanation VSAN is segmented. VSAN is removed from the topology graph and therefore
inter-VSAN traffic cannot flow through this VSAN.
Recommended Action To correct the segmentation, use one of the following methods:
Modify one of the VSAN IDs so it is no longer a segmented VSAN.
Add a different AFID to one of the VSANs so the AFID/VSAN combination is unique.
Bring up a link in the segmented VSAN that goes between the two segments so that they are no
longer segmented.

Error Message IVR-3-ZS_POLICY_IS_DENY_NO_ACTIVE_ZS: Default zone behavior policy
changed to deny on VSAN [dec] and there is no active zoneset.

Inter-VSAN zone members may not be able to communicate in this VSAN.
