Error Message PORT-5-IF_DOWN_ELP_FAILURE_ISOLATION_INVALID_SWITCH_NAME: Interface
[chars] is down (Isolation due to ELP failure: invalid switch name).
Explanation Exchange link parameter (ELP) failed on the interface because of an invalid switch
name.
Recommended Action Configure the attached switch port correctly and try again.
