Explanation
The conversion of the startup configuration failed during boot.
Recommended Action If the problem persists, Use the init system CLI command from the
switch(boot)# prompt to initialize the configuration partition. Note:This is a disruptive command.
This command will initialize the switch, reset the entire internal disk, and reformat the bootflash:
partition.
