Error Message ETHPORT-5-IF_DOWN_CHANNEL_ADMIN_DOWN: Interface [chars] is down
(Channel admin down).
Explanation This interface belongs to a PortChannel and the PortChannel is configured to be
administratively down.
Recommended Action Enter the no shutdown command or use a similar Fabric Manager/Device
Manager procedure on the PortChannel that the interface belongs to.

interface while there is a configuration in progress on the PortChannel.
Recommended Action Wait until the PortChannel configuration completes and then try the interface
configuration again.
