software failure).
Explanation The software servicing the data path on the port has failed.

down(Tunnel source module not online).
Explanation The module that has the tunnel source port of this FCIP interface is not fully online.
Recommended Action The module that has the tunnel source port is coming online. Enter show
module to find the module status.

Explanation The tunnel port source interface is unbound.

Explanation
The tunnel source port of this FCIP interface has been removed.
Recommended Action The source interface with an IP address that matches the IP address of the
bound entity is removed. This happens normally when the module on which the source interface
exists is removed.

Error Message ETHPORT-5-IF_DOWN_SUSPENDED: Interface [chars] is down (Suspended).
Explanation This interface belongs to a PortChannel and has been suspended because of an error
during port bringup.
Recommended Action Enter the shutdown CLI command then no shutdown. If this happens again,
enter the show port internal info and show port internal event-history CLI commands on the
interface to collect more information. You can alternatively use Fabric Manager and/or Device
Manager instead of the command line method.
