Configuring Call Home
Disabling Duplicate Message Throttle
You can limit the number of duplicate messages received for the same event. By default, the switch limits
the number of duplicate messages received for the same event. If the number of duplicate messages sent
exceeds 30 messages within a 2-hour time frame, then the switch discards further messages for that alert
type.
To disable duplicate message throttling in callhome configuration mode, perform this task:

Once you have configured the contact information, you can enable the Call Home function.

Enables Call Home distribution using CFS.

Commits Call Home configuration changes and
distributes the changes to call CFS-enabled
devices.
